Framingham District Court – The police officer observed the client cross over the lines multiple times. The officer observed him to have a moderate odor of alcohol on his breath, slurred speech and bloodshot, glassy eyes. He stumbled getting out of his truck, failed the walk and turn, counting backwards, passed the alphabet test and failed the one leg stand. NOT GUILTY

Plymouth District Court – The police responded to a rear end collision. The officer observed her to have a strong odor of alcohol on her breath, slurred speech and bloodshot, glassy eyes. She was unsteady on her feet and refused all tests. NOT GUILTY

Plymouth District Court – The police officer began to follow a car with a defective headlight. He pulled the car over after the officer thought he weaved on an exit ramp. The officer observed him to have a strong odor of alcohol on his breath, slurred speech and bloodshot, glassy eyes. He admitted to 4-5 drinks and failed the walk and turn, the alphabet test and failed the one leg stand. NOT GUILTY
