Barnstable District OUI Court – The police officer stopped the client for going 63 in a 45. The officer observed him to have an odor of alcohol on his breath, slurred speech and bloodshot, glassy eyes.  He failed the walk and turn, counting backwards, alphabet and the one leg stand.  CASE DISMISSED

Woburn District OUI Court – The police officer responded to a report of a ATV accident with serious injury. The officer observed him to have a strong odor of alcohol on his breath, slurred speech and bloodshot, glassy eyes. He refused to talk to the officer and refused testing of any kind. NOT GUILTY

Plymouth District OUI Court – The police responded to a rear end collision. The officer observed her to have a strong odor of alcohol on her breath, slurred speech and bloodshot, glassy eyes. She was unsteady on her feet and refused all tests.  NOT GUILTY
