Plymouth District Court – The police officer observed a defective headlight and that the client drifted in his lane. The officer observed him to have a very strong odor of alcohol on his breath, slurred speech and bloodshot, glassy eyes. He admitted to 4-5 beers and he stumbled getting out of his car, failed the walk and turn and the one leg stand.  NOT GUILTY

Plymouth District Court – The police officer observed the client fail to yield for a pedestrian in a crosswalk. The officer observed him to have an odor of alcohol on his breath, slurred speech and bloodshot, glassy eyes . He failed the walk and turn ,alphabet and the one leg stand. at the station.  NOT GUILTY

Hingham District Court – The police officer observed the client cross over the lines multiple times. The officer observed him to have an overwhelming odor of alcohol on his breath, slurred speech and bloodshot, glassy eyes . He failed the walk and turn, counting backwards, alphabet and the one leg stand. NOT GUILTY

Concord District Court – The police officer observed the client cross over the lines multiple times. The officer observed him to have a strong odor of alcohol on his breath, and bloodshot, glassy eyes . He failed the walk and turn , counting backwards, alphabet and the one leg stand. NOT GUILTY
