Wrentham District Court – The officer reported that after the client entered a sobriety checkpoint he smelled a strong odor of alcohol on his breath, noticed his eyes were red, bloodshot and glassy and his speech was thick-tongued and slurred and he admitted having six beers at the Red Sox game.  The officer stated the client was unsteady on his feet and failed the walk and turn and one leg stand field sobriety tests. – CASE DISMISSED

Plymouth District Court – The patrolman said he was responding to the report of an accident and after arriving on scene surveiled a collapsed utility pole and the accused's automobile positioned on its side.  The policeman said the client had red and glossed over eyes, had the stench of alcohol, confimred having 4-5 beers and had unintelligible speech.  The officer further claimed the accused was unable to recite the alphabet or count backwards as told to do and did not pass the one leg stand field sobriety test. – NOT GUILTY
