What If I Failed The Breath Test? If you’ve refused the breath test and your license has been suspended as result of that, you have a 15-day window upon which to appeal that. It’s important that if you do that appeal, you go with a lawyer. You may, or in most cases, may not know what any defense to that suspension you may have, and you only get one bite at the apple While the success rate at that level is not good, you still may have a chance. And until we look at the case, we won’t know whether you do or not. |
